Who is Jay and Why subscribe to this guy?

I’ve been in the investing and real estate business since 1992, as COO of a medium sized multi-state real estate development company, as well as a real estate attorney and licensed real estate broker in 2 states. I’ve done and continue to engage in public speaking, advisement, and mentoring of young and old on investing, income preservation, wealth building and legacy creation for those who will follow once we leave this great world.

In the early 1990’s, I began my trek through the peaks and valleys of real estate, finance and personal wealth investing/growth with the hopes of building a legacy for some kids I knew I would eventually bring about. Not so they would never have to work a day in their lives. Quite the opposite.

So they could witness what multi-year, multi-decade planning looks like to benefit something outside their own immediate wants and needs. And plan for their own future, as well as the legacy they will leave behind. The simple methods I use to get there are what we talk about inside here. And, some random musing about science fiction, life, sports and some crazy ADD things I get myself involved in. Because we all have to be well rounded.
